2021 Pet Calendar Fundraiser Contest

CONTEST ENTRY IS NOW CLOSED AS OF 7/31/2020

Contest Rules: PLEASE READ IN DETAIL BEFORE ENTERING PET.

Total investment to enter your pet is $50.
Entry Fee per dog or cat $25 per pet PLUS a $25 donation per pet entered made directly to the Austin Humane Society.

TO ENTER YOUR PET, DO THE FOLLOWING STEPS:

STEP 1)  Donate the $25 to the Austin Humane Society on their website at http://www.austinhumanesociety.org. Click on the DONATE NOW button and complete the donation form. VERY IMPORTANT: Put in the COMMENTS 2021 Pet Calendar Fundraiser Kim Ortiz Portrait Art. Take a screen shot of the donation confirmation from AHS after payment has processed and upload below.  

STEP 2) Complete this form after you have donated the $25 to the Austin Humane Society and upload the screen shot your donation confirmation in the entry form. Pay at the PayPal screen after you submit to enter your pet. Please note that you must pay the $25 per pet entry fee to enter your pet. 

STEP 3) Book your pet's complimentary studio session by completing this link www.kimortiz.com/form/complimentary-pet-studio-session-for-calendar-contestants

CONTEST DETAILS:

Each entry comes with a complimentary for a pet studio portrait session in the studio for the pet that entered the contest (session fee has a $100 value)  and you will receive $100 off your purchase. Redemption of the session is optional. Session must be completed by November 30, 2020.  

WINNERS:
All winners must be able to travel to the studio for their calendar session. All sessions will be done at our studio at the Hill Country Galleria. 

Dogs/Cats must be in the Austin or Lake Travis area. One entry form per dog/cat. If you want to enter multiple pets in the family, please complete the entry  form for each dog/cat. Contest will be done on Facebook. The deadline to enter is 7/31/2020. The contest will start on Facebook August 1 and runs for 5 days. The 12 dogs/cats with the most number of Likes on their image will be selected as the winners. The cover dog/cat winner will be the dog/cat with the highest number of FB likes.  VERY IMPORTANT: PLEASE LIKE AND FOLLOW OUR FACEBOOK PAGE TO FOLLOW THE VOTING August 1-5. https://www.facebook.com/kimortizportraitart/

The 12 winners will receive a photo session in the studio for images to be selected to use in the calendar and a non mounted 8x10 of the image used in the calendar and $100 off any purchase from the session. The  cover winner will receive a $600 gift certificate for a family portrait session with the pet and a 10 inch mounted classic finish portrait plus a $100 off any purchase.  All entries fees are non refundable.  Calendars are available for sale for $20 each and a percentage from the net sales of the calendars will be donated to a Austin Humane Society.  We appreciate your support.

Thank you for entering your pet into the 2021 Pet Calendar Fundraiser. Be sure to follow our Facebook page Kim Ortiz Portrait Art and Kim Ortiz Dog Portraits to keep up to date on the contest deadline and voting. Deadline is July 31 and voting starts July 1 and run for 5 days. The dogs or cats with the most number of Likes will win a spot on the calendar. Good Luck.
