2021 Pet Calendar Order Form

Thank you for ordering your calendar. This is our 9th year overall doing the fundraiser and second year doing the calendar fundraiser in Austin. Each year we sell on average 100-200 calendars to the parents of the winners, and pet lovers. Our goal this year is 300 calendars. They make great Christmas gifts. We donate a percentage from the sale of each calendar to Austin Humane Society. Our goal this year is to raise $2500 for them. Calendar will be ready end of October for pickup or mailed. ALL SALES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
