We are updating our studio gallery, website, and window display at our studio at the Hill Country Galleria in Bee Cave, Texas and are looking for kids who have a special bond with their dogs. If selected, you will receive a studio session (a $300 value) and as a thank you, we will have a $150 gift certificate for you to use toward your purchase. When?

Sessions are done during the week during studio hours 1-5pm at our studio at the Hill Country Galleria in Bee Cave, TX. We do require a refundable reservation fee of $150 to hold your spot on our calendar to avoid last minute cancellations. The fee will be refunded at your ordering appointment or can be applied toward your purchase. 

Where? : 

Your portrait session will take place at our studio at the Hill Country Galleria in Bee Cave, TX.

What do I get?: 

A chance to be photographed by our portrait artist, Kim Ortiz. You will receive a studio portrait session (a $300 value), and a $150 gift certificate you can apply toward your purchase of any of the portrait purchase. Portrait collections start at $1900. Most clients invest on average $1,500 plus for their artwork for their home. There is no obligation to purchase; however, most families who participate will purchase a wall portrait or more.  

Can my whole family be included in the portrait session?

Absolutely. Our speciality is families with dogs so we would love to photograph your whole family also in addition to the kids with the dogs. Just let us know when you complete the booking form the names of everyone who will be in the portrait session. 

Can I purchase portraits?: 

Yes, of course, you do have the opportunity to purchase portraits at your viewing which will take place the following week. The gift certificate of $150 can be applied toward any product purchase which starts at $550. There is no obligation to purchase. 

Do you offer digital files?

Our studio specializes in printed products that you can enjoy on a daily basis including wall portraits. All our wall portraits sized 24" or larger include the matching digital file as a gift for you to print your own 8x10 prints but we do offer portrait boxes that include the matching digital files. 

What else do I need to know?

Each participant will pay a $150 reservation fee to officially hold your scheduled time and date on the Studio's calendar. The reservation fee holds your date and time and helps to prevent last minute cancelations and no-shows, ensuring that the Studio can serve all families at the highest level. Immediately after your session, you will view your images and you can apply this reservation deposit toward your order, or, if you decide not to order, your $150 will be refunded.
